Technical Specialist, Bioanalysis; LC-MS

Overview

Pharmidex is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist, Bioanalysis (LC-MS) to join our Bioanalytical team. This role is intended for a highly capable LC-MS scientist who acts as a technical authority
, supporting complex bioanalytical challenges across regulated and non-regulated programmes.

You will play a central role in developing, optimising, validating, and troubleshooting LC-MS methods supporting small and large molecule programmes
, including peptides and oligonucleotides.

• Lead LC-MS/MS method development, optimisation, validation, and transfer
• Act as a senior technical problem-solver for complex analytical challenges
• Provide expert input into study design, feasibility, and assay strategy
• Support regulated bioanalysis in line with GLP/GCP expectations
• Mentor and technically support junior and mid-level scientists
• Ensure high technical standards, data quality, and compliance with SOPs

• ≥5 years’ hands-on LC-MS/MS experience in a bioanalytical laboratory
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced method development and validation
• Strong working knowledge of regulated bioanalysis (GLP/GCP)
• Experience with large molecules, peptides, and oligonucleotides
• Proven ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and complex assays
• Experience in a CRO environment (strongly preferred)
