Hardware Engineering Graduate Programme 2026

  • Educational Requirements:

    An undergraduate degree in Engineering accredited by a professional institution recognized by the UK Engineering Council (e.g., IMechE, ICE, IET) or an international equivalent meeting Washington Accord standards.
  • Location:

    Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, and our cutting‑edge Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) worldwide. Hybrid working with a mix of remote and on‑site rotations. A valid UK driving licence is desirable and may be required for specific rotations.
Our Hardware Scheme
  • Four placements over 2 years, developing, delivering and supporting physical automated engineering systems for today and tomorrow.
  • Work alongside like‑minded engineers tackling real‑world business and engineering challenges, developing new specialisms across electrical, verification and other areas.
  • Hands‑on work with bots in operational warehouses and analysis of product and component data.
  • Designed to help you identify strengths, interests and ambitions, providing a foundation for your future career.
Hands‑On Experience

Spend time in Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) gaining practical experience in implementation, construction, commissioning and operational engineering, and possibly working with global manufacturers and client sites worldwide.

The programme is flexible and designed to adapt to your skills, interests and the evolving needs of the business. Development supported through personal targets, plans, training modules and career growth support.

We value individuals who go beyond academics—industry placements, internships, personal projects or active participation in clubs and societies. Seeking self‑starters, problem‑solvers and innovators passionate about tackling real‑world challenges.
