The Galleria is evolving and we’re looking for a commercially sharp, energetic dealmaker with a can‑do attitude, a must‑do mindset, and a competitive drive to make The Galleria the best destination in the market.

If you’re persuasive, proactive, and excited by the idea of shaping the future retail mix of a destination shopping centre, this role is for you.

As New Acquisitions Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind The Galleria’s next phase of growth identifying, engaging and securing new retailers, independents, and alternative brands that match our evolving vision.

You’ll work directly with ownership, influence strategy, and own the deal pipeline from first outreach to signature.

• Proactively target retailers, independents, and emerging brands
• Deliver persuasive pitches using both traditional and AI‑powered tools
• Build high‑value relationships through outreach, marketing, and networking
• Collaborate with brand and licensing partners
• Create commercially sound proposals aligned to The Galleria’s vision
• Use data‑driven tracking to refine acquisition performance

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A persuasive, commercially minded approach
• Familiarity with AI and digital tools (CRM, lead gen, generative AI)
• Collaborative, adaptable, growth‑oriented attitude
• Access to a car (desirable)

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications or equivalent experience
• Experience in retail leasing, partnerships, or business development (desirable)
• Strong presentation and relationship‑building skills

£50,000 base + generous incentive package

Higher salary considered for candidates with proven leasing track record.

📍 Onsite: The Galleria, Hatfield (5 days/week)

🕒 Hours: 9–5pm, with travel as needed
