Lead Preschool Teacher

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Britain, PA, for a Lead Preschool Teacher. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment, and guiding young children through key developmental milestones. Additional duties include collaborating with families to build strong partnerships and mentoring assistant teachers to ensure high-quality classroom practices.

This role requires a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion, safety, and positive learning experiences.

• Strong knowledge in Early Childhood Education and experience creating age-appropriate lesson plans
• Classroom management, behavior guidance, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with families and team members
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in an educational setting
• Experience in safety protocols and first aid training is highly valued
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required
• Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are highly preferred
• Previous experience working in a preschool or early learning environment is an advantage
