Payroll Client Services Specialist

Job Description

Accu Pay Payroll is seeking a Payroll Client Services Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is a fast learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is able to work independently while also contributing as a strong team player.

This position requires daily interaction with clients, assisting with inquiries, and processing payroll accurately and efficiently.

* Key Responsibilities
**

• Process client payrolls via data entry and/or time imports
• Respond to client inquiries and implement requested changes
• Assist clients with the online payroll portal as needed
• Provide high-level customer support via phone and email
• Respond to client questions and requests in a timely manner
• Stay current with changing payroll tax laws and regulations
• Maintain knowledge of all company services to better support clients
• Perform additional duties as assigned

* Desired Skills & Qualifications
**

• 2–3 years of client service experience preferred
• 3–5 years of payroll platform experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Professional phone etiquette; polite and patient demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
