Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Reach out to customers and vendors via phone and email to verify and update account and payment details
• Input and maintain accurate financial and contact information within the company’s accounting platform
• Conduct online research and utilize internal resources to locate incomplete or outdated customer data
• Communicate professionally to clarify and correct discrepancies in account records
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams, particularly related to vendor documentation and payment processing
• Handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion and professionalism
• Maintain a strong focus on data accuracy, organization, and consistency in all tasks
