Night Transport Supervisor – Robertsbridge, East Sussex

£36,000 per annum | Sunday–Thursday

A respected national logistics company based in Robertsbridge is seeking a proactive and experienced Night Transport Supervisor to support and oversee their busy night operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong transport knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to lead a night‑shift team to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient running of the operation.

• Sunday to Thursday night shifts
• Friday availability required to cover holidays (paid as overtime)
• Overseeing all night‑time transport activity
• Managing driver briefs and debriefs
• Monitoring route progress and addressing any issues that arise
• Ensuring compliance with all transport legislation, including Working Time Directive and driver hours
• Liaising with drivers, planners, and the wider management team
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting
• Supporting a safe, efficient, and well‑organised night operation

• £36,000 per annum
