Night Transport Supervisor – Robertsbridge, East Sussex

£36,000 per annum | Sunday–Thursday

A respected national logistics company based in Robertsbridge is seeking a proactive and experienced Night Transport Supervisor to support and oversee their busy night operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong transport knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to lead a night‑shift team to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient running of the operation.

The Role

Sunday to Thursday night shifts
Friday availability required to cover holidays (paid as overtime)
Overseeing all night‑time transport activity
Managing driver briefs and debriefs
Monitoring route progress and addressing any issues that arise
Ensuring compliance with all transport legislation, including Working Time Directive and driver hours
Liaising with drivers, planners, and the wider management team
Maintaining accurate records and reporting
Supporting a safe, efficient, and well‑organised night operation
