Are you passionate about supporting Rangatahi and empowering young parents to reach their potential?
Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TToH) is seeking a committed Teen Parent Coordinator to join our kaupapa Māori, whānau‑centred team. In this role, you’ll walk alongside vulnerable teen parents, to help them build confidence, connect to services, stay engaged in education, and create strong, resilient futures for their tamariki.

Our approach is whānau‑centred, grounded in Te Ao Māori, and committed to achieving positive, long‑term outcomes.
What you’ll do- Support Teen Parents and their whānau to access wellbeing, education, and social services
- Build strong, trusting relationships that keep Rangatahi engaged
- Maintain a caseload and meet reporting and service delivery milestones
- Work collaboratively in a culturally safe, integrated team environment
- Experience working with Rangatahi/Teen Parents
- Empathy, patience, and strong relationship‑building skills
- Confidence using computers and digital systems
- Strong grounding in Te Ao Māori values and tikanga
- 5 weeks annual leave
