High-End Joinery & Bespoke Interiors | Full-Time
We are a design-led joinery studio producing complex, high‑end bespoke furniture and interior components for discerning clients.
We are looking for a highly capable 3D CAD Designer / CNC Programmer to join our team — someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and turning ambitious design concepts into precise, manufacturable reality.
Much of our work involves curved, organic and non‑standard forms. This role requires someone who can confidently model complex geometry, think in three dimensions, and translate detailed CAD drawings into accurate CNC programs using Biesse Bsuite / Bsolid / Biesse Works (Bsoft) software.
If you take pride in precision, enjoy complex problem‑solving, and want to work on distinctive, design‑driven projects — we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Producing detailed 3D CAD models of bespoke furniture and joinery components
- Modelling complex curved and organic shapes
- Preparing accurate technical drawings for workshop production
- Programming our Biesse CNC machinery using Bsuite / Bsoft
- Developing efficient machining strategies and toolpathsli>
- Collaborating closely with the workshop team to refine production methods
- Problem‑solving manufacturing challenges before they reach the shop floor
- Ensuring accuracy, tolerances and material optimisation
- Strong 3D CAD modelling ability (furniture / joinery experience preferred)
- Experience programming CNC machinery (Biesse experience highly desirable)
- Confident working with complex geometry and curved forms
- Strong understanding of materials, tolerances and machining constraints
- Detail‑oriented and methodical
- Calm and solution‑focused under pressure
- Enjoys working collaboratively with designers and makers
- Have experience in Rhino, Solid Works, Fusion 360 or similar
- Understand parametric modelling
- Have hands‑on workshop or cabinetmaking knowledge
When applying, please include examples of complex geometry or curved work you have modelled, and briefly explain how you approached machining strategy.
