You will be joining a strong, close knit team and will be responsible for developing and refining operational processes, implementing KPIs, and supporting the growth and development of existing staff members. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will help ensure business objectives are achieved while taking ownership of day-to-day operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the operational team to ensure high performance and efficiency
Work closely with the Operations Director to support strategic business goals
Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and procedures
Introduce and monitor clear KPIs to measure team and business performance
Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Support, mentor, and develop existing team members to maximise their potential
Ensure operational targets are consistently met or exceeded
Oversee day-to-day operations and resolve any issues that arise
Help drive cultural and performance improvements within the team
Take ownership of projects and see them through from start to finish
Assist with operational planning and resource allocation
Maintain high standards of operational excellence across the business
Work collaboratively with other departments to improve overall business performance
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Senior Operations Lead, or similar role
Strong people management and leadership skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Experience in implementing processes, systems, or KPIs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A track record of driving performance and improvement
A hands-on attitude with a willingness to take ownership
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
