We have an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to join our talented 3 Waters team in Hastings District Council. As 3 Waters Strategic Asset Manager, you’ll lead the asset management function across drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater services. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our long‑term investment strategies, improving asset knowledge, and ensuring smart, timely infrastructure decisions that support our community’s wellbeing and resilience.

This role is central to our response to growth and climate change and will guide our strategic planning and renewals forecasting for the 2027–2037 capital programme. You’ll work closely with internal teams, mana whenua, and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable, efficient, and future‑proofed water services.
