Management Officer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and motivated Housing Management Officer to join our fast-paced Property Services Team. You ll be part of a friendly and welcoming team in a dynamic environment that can be both challenging and rewarding.

• Support the Income Recovery team on rent arrears
• Manage ASB and other tenancy issues
• Carry out inspections and ensure Health & Safety compliance
• Raise safeguarding concerns where risks are identified
• Coordinate repairs and manage voids
• Support residents to sustain their placements
• Work with contractors and partner agencies

• Experience in housing or property management (essential)
• Knowledge of housing legislation & H&S (desirable)
• Confidence managing ASB and navigating challenging situations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Driving licence (essential)
