Role Overview

About Hastings Borough CouncilHastings Borough Council is looking for a confident and detail-oriented Revenues Court Officer to lead on court proceedings for unpaid Council Tax, Business Rates, and Housing Benefit Over payments.
Requirements- Experience in court representation and local tax recovery.
- Strong knowledge of Council Tax and Business Rates legislation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workloads independently under pressure.
