This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Finance team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. You'll provide clear, forward-looking financial insights to optimise budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation, while championing performance excellence.

Beyond numbers, the ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder with strong business acumen, a fast learner, and comfortable exploring new tools and technologies such as AI to drive smarter ways of working. You will build strong relationships, across the organisation, coach managers to strengthen financial literacy and help embed a culture of innovation and accountability.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in accounting (CAANZ membership desirable)
• Demonstrated relevant experience working in a complex organisational environment
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to proactively seek opportunities to enhance outcomes and processes using new tools and technologies
