Are you looking for an opportunity to share your CNC and engineering expertise with aspiring professionals?
Do you want to deliver practical, industry-focused training that makes a real impact?

This exciting role will include:

  • Delivering engaging CNC engineering training to groups of learners.
  • Teaching CNC principles, machining techniques, and general engineering practices.
  • Planning and delivering structured sessions aligned to qualification requirements.
  • Monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback.

If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:

  • Proven experience with CNC lathes and milling machines.
  • Occupational competency in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience delivering training or mentoring groups (or willingness to train).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.

This is a short course (100 Guided Learning Hours over up to 16 weeks) and could lead to further work and contracts, including evening classes and industrial training.

Based at our Ore Valley Campus.

Annual salary:
Circa £32 to £45 Per hour including holiday pay.
