In this rewarding role, you will use your communication skills, patience and teamwork to support children and young people with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to reach their full potential in a safe, structured and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom.
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
- Help to manage behaviour positively and support pupils in regulating their emotions.
- Encourage independence, confidence and social development.
- Contribute to care, learning and safeguarding plans as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
