We are looking for an experienced Source to Pay Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day execution of functional business processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements aligned with Kraft Heinz Australia and New Zealand business stakeholders.

About the role

The role will work in partnership with third party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to drive operational performance of our full Source to Pay team, with a focus on our Accounts Payable stakeholders and vendors.

The Source to Pay Analyst will serve as a key member of the Australia and New Zealand Global Business Services (GBS) team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation and Business Value.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for Vendor Paid to Terms (VPTT) accuracy and improvement initiatives to ensure suppliers are consistently paid the right amounts at the right times
• Coach and train the broader AP team on core fundamentals and continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with BPO
• First point of escalation for Kraft Heinz on Accounts Payable matters (payment issues, vendor master data, internal queries)

• Drive vendor payment improvements with the Finance department and with support from Senior Manager, STP ANZ
• Liaise between GBS and Kraft Heinz on Service Level Agreements and Reverse Service Level Agreements to improve performance on both sides
• Conduct Service Performance Management reviews between business and GBS and enhance reporting with the GBS team

• Update process documentation frequently to reflect current standard operating procedures and comply with Kraft Heinz policies and controls
• Work with global process leaders to understand root causes and represent practicalities and exceptions
• Translate vendor payment targets into action plans for GBS to drive improvement
• Support project and technology implementations including SAP S/4 Hana, Basware and other digital solutions
• Review and analyse reporting from broader GBS teams
• Identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures based on process understanding

• Perform tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals
• Uphold Kraft Heinz values and work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision
• Coordinate with external and internal customers on collections and disputes
• Indirectly manage the BPO team (located in India)

What you’ll bring

• Understanding of Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay processes
• Minimum of 5 years of progressing work experience in Accounts Payable
• Preferable experience within an operational GBS capacity
• High preference for experience with BPO or offshore teams
• Experience operating in matrix and complex setups
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong Accounts Payable and/or Procurement background
• Positive, proactive can‑do attitude
• Attention to detail and high accuracy skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Team‑work orientation
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Bachelor’s degree
• Post‑graduate certification in GBS preferred
