Hastings & Rother Healthcare have an exciting opportunity to join our Triage Team in a full-time Triage Administrator role. This position involves supporting the clinicians in managing the triage process, providing patient feedback, advice and care pathways as instructed. The role includes a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties. The position is Full Time Monday to Friday.
You will be an integral part of our dynamic and evolving organisation. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment is required.

To be responsible for supporting the clinicians in managing the triage process. Respond to clinician direction, offer patient feedback and advice as instructed. Undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties and provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties include, but are not limited to, processing information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers, and working in accordance with current policies, including the use of the electronic referral service (ERS).

PersonSpecification Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of GCSEs A-D including a C in English or equivalent or demonstrable experience in a similar General Practice role.
- Processing of SARs and Private Medical Requests
- Knowledge of general office procedures and administration
- Solid understanding of Care Navigation and local services
- Experience of using EMIS Web and Accu Rx
- Experience of General Practice Reception
- Experience of clinical coding
- Processing of SARs and Private Medical Requests
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
£24,441.96 to £27,961.61 a year. HRH ordinarily appoint at the bottom of bracket.
