Laborers Traffic Control - Hastings, NE

We are hiring for the 2026 season! Contractor Services, Inc. (CSI) is a traffic control company based in North Platte, Nebraska. Our service area includes central Nebraska to the panhandle and eastern Colorado.

CSI provides traffic control services, roadway and airport pavement marking, pavement marking removals, temporary barrier rail, temporary signals, message boards and other smart zone equipment. CSI is a fast-growing company looking for employees that are ready to grow with us.

Safety is the most important part of a construction project. CSI employees will help create a safe work zone by installing traffic control devices on roadway construction projects.

We need Traffic Control Laborers in the following areas:
Gering, North Platte, Hastings, NE, and Eastern CO.

Traffic Control Laborer: CSI provides traffic control services that include installation of signs and barricades, roadway and airport pavement marking, pavement marking removals, temporary barrier rail, temporary signals, message boards and other smart zone equipment. Gering, North Platte, Hastings, NE, and Eastern CO.

Abilities/Skills:

• Follow the Safety handbook.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Clean driving record.
• Conduct yourself as a professional with co-workers and public.
• Work away from home.
• Report to work at the designated start time.
• Work overtime.
• Work outside in all-weather conditions.
• Be a team player.
• Lift 80+ lbs.
• Communicate well with others.
• Willingness to learn, new hires will be trained in classroom and on the job.

This is a position that requires safety to be put first, as you will be working near traffic and other contractors. PPE (hard hat, safety vest, eye protection, gloves) is required and successful applicants will need to provide proper footwear and attire.

Compensation
$17.20-$18.00 per hour
