• Operational, merchandising and administrative functions within the store.
• Lead and train staff in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Drive sales through customer service and report analysis.

• Minimum 2 years retail management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Enthusiasm and initiative are key.
• Ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Preferred merchandise knowledge (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, general athletics).
• Availability to work any hours the store is open.
