Join us to provide essential daily clinical care such as medication administration, tube feedings, taking vitals, and collecting specimens, all under the guidance of a Director of Nursing. You are the key monitor, watching health status closely and responding quickly to changes to keep the people you support safe and thriving.

• Provide Expert Clinical Care & Consultation: Apply clinical skills to deliver nursing activities, perform assessments and care planning, and execute physician orders including medication administration and follow-up.
• Be a Proactive Health Advocate: Ensure individuals receive routine and preventative healthcare by scheduling, coordinating, transporting, and communicating effectively with external healthcare providers and internal partners.
• Monitor and Manage Health Status: Continuously monitor health, recognize changes quickly, and maintain accurate healthcare documentation.

  Deliver health-related training and education to Med Aides, support staff, and the people we serve (e.g., infection control, medication administration).
• Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with the individual and their support circle (family, caregivers, and natural supports).

Days, full-time 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends. Position is in Grand Island.

What YOU'LL Need:

• Active RN or LPN nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of RN or LPN experience; if new LPN, 3 years of CNA/CMA experience required. NEW GRADUATES WELCOME!
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's license.
• CPR and First Aid certification (can be obtained after hire).
