Salary: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
Premium Pay: $5.00 per hour on all hours worked
$1.25 per hour weekend shift differential
$1.25 per hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Travel required to support multiple locations within 150-mile radius of permanent address. Mileage reimbursement provided for required travel.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within their full scope of nursing expertise. They care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident assessment, resident education, and various other nursing interventions. The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions and competence levels. The RN provides assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care concerns.

• Utilize nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide resident education.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolve care concerns.

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure via NLC state.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in Long Term Care (6 months preferred).
• Maintain required department specific competencies and certifications.
