Overview

Territory Manager - Agricultural/Commercial Lending – Confidential Executive Search. A leading ag-focused financial institution is seeking a Regional Director to oversee lending operations, guide a local team, and expand market presence within a defined agricultural territory. This role is ideal for an experienced ag banking professional with strong producer relationships and a solid understanding of agricultural financing. This is a flat organization and is privately held.

• Lead growth, lending performance, and overall operational success.
• Manage credit quality, risk, collections, and lending workflow.
• Hire, develop, and coach staff to ensure high performance.
• Build business development strategies and strengthen community relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits to drive loan activity and deepen trust.
• Partner with internal teams across compliance, HR, accounting, and operations.

• Agricultural background with lending or credit experience.
• Leadership experience and the ability to develop a team.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Helpful but not required: crop insurance strategy/sales, farm financial management, risk-management advising.

• Base Salary: $100,000-$130,000 (DOE)
