As a Maintenance expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities.

Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Organization: Revive, Inc.

Position Overview: Revive is seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our facilities and respond to day-to-day repair needs. This position will assist with general maintenance tasks and occasional on-call support as issues arise. Hours may fluctuate depending on maintenance needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing minor repairs and general facility maintenance
• Plumbing fixes such as replacing toilets or fixtures
• Drywall and ceiling tile repairs
• Basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• Light landscaping and exterior upkeep
• Responding to maintenance requests as needed
• Other duties assigned

Schedule: Part-time with flexible hours. Some on-call availability is required as maintenance needs arise.

Qualifications:

• Experience with general maintenance or handyman-type work preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or building repairs is helpful
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs independently
• Reliable and responsive when maintenance needs occur
