What The Job IsAs a Safety‑Minded organization, CPI expects the Maintenance Reliability Coordinator to provide a safe culture to customers and peers through exceptional and courteous customer service, strict adherence to safety guidelines and established programs, and completion of safety reports and required records. The role will champion the development and implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Dekra) to optimize maintenance program effectiveness and coach personnel in understanding equipment job plans, inspections, proper maintenance, and the use of the maintenance system.
The coordinator will lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and minimize breakdowns, establish standardized maintenance/reliability processes and metrics, perform follow‑up analysis to identify and resolve recurring operational issues, facilitate training sessions, identify skill‑development needs for plant personnel and contractors, and conduct failure analysis on critical assets and equipment to eliminate root causes of failure and develop improvements to prevent future occurrences.
Responsibilities- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and minimize breakdowns.
- Establish standardized maintenance/reliability processes and metrics.
- Perform follow‑up analysis and identify recurring operational issues.
- Facilitate training sessions and identify skill‑development needs for plant personnel and contractors.
- Conduct failure analysis on critical assets and equipment to eliminate root causes of failure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient knowledge of business computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Internet, accounting software).
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Strong business acumen; time management, planning, organization, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
- High School Diploma or GED or related experience and/or training. Three years of related experience with agricultural commodities and material‑handling boş com equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and training. Associate’s Degree considered a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; job involves sitting most of the time but may require walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Work in all weather conditions, around moving parts, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and in high precarious places.
