- Develop and execute tailored strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand share-of-wallet and introduce new products/services.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor account performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
- Negotiate favorable agreements that drive mutual success.
- Report activities via CRM and other sales tools.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent preferred. - Experience:
8–10 years of progressive sales responsibility to OEM customers, ideally in plastic processing or custom-engineered products. - Strong consultative sales approach and project management experience (certification a plus).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and committed to quality and customer service.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
