Lead Strategic Growth Through Executive-Level Partnerships
Are you a senior sales leader who thrives on building executive relationships and driving long‑term, profitable growth? We are seeking a Sr. Strategic Account Manager to own and expand a portfolio of highly strategic OEM accounts.
This role offers the opportunity to operate as a trusted advisor to key customers, influence enterprise-level strategy, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our commercial organization.
🔹 The RoleAs a senior member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies that align customer objectives with our operational and technical capabilities. You will lead complex commercial engagements and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver differentiated, high‑value solutions.
- Own executive‑level relationships within a portfolio of large, strategic OEM accounts
- Develop and execute multi‑year strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share
- Identify and lead opportunities to expand share‑of‑wallet through new programs, products, and value‑added services
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, aligning Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership around customer priorities
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and long‑term agreements that support mutual growth
- Monitor account performance using data‑driven insights and adjust strategy to maximize results
- Track market dynamics, competitive activity, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions
- Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and forecasting accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- 8–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience supporting OEM customers; experience in plastics processing or custom‑engineered products strongly preferred
- Proven ability to operate at the executive level with a consultative, value‑based selling approach
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Demonstrated project management capability; certification a plus
- Highly analytical, results‑oriented, and customer‑focused
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- High‑visibility position with direct influence on strategic growth initiatives
