Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) – Hastings, MN 55033

Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Merchandiser. You will showcase Hallmark products in grocery stores, drug stores and department stores, supporting retailers, optimizing product placement and maintaining inventory levels.

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently, utilizing a mobile device to restock, organize and monitor Hallmark product inventory. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, support seasonal resets and installations, and may assist with other products in the stores you service.

• Hourly pay rate: $16.00–$18.00 (depending on skills and experience)
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule
• Average weekly hours: 12–14 hours per week
• Availability during major holidays, possible weekend work required

• Day‑to‑day engagement: Restock, organize and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a Hallmark device and technology for communication with your supervisor.
• Holiday support: Expect additional days and extended hours during high‑demand holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Department resets: Participate in installations, fixture building, and card department relocations on scheduled remodel assignments (two‑week notice).
• Team collaboration: Support fellow merchandisers in the field network as needed.

This role is physically demanding. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, up to 50 pounds on occasion; kneel, squat, walk stand, and may climb stairs and ladders.

• At least 18 years of age
• Read, write and understand English
• Can lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally
• Operate a digital hand‑held device with Wi‑Fi network access
• Reliable transportation to assigned stores
