Position: Dental Hygienist-$5,000 Sign on Bonus!

Dental Hygienist – $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Imagen Dental Partners is looking for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. The successful candidate will receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid after 60 days.

About the Position

Schedule: Part‑time – Tuesdays 6:45 am–5 pm, Thursdays 6:45 am–5 pm, Fridays 6:45 am–12 pm with guaranteed hours.

Compensation: $55–$65 per hour based on experience.

Must‑Haves
  • Empathy and positive patient care, with ability to connect with a diverse patient base
  • Degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
  • CPR certification
  • Certification in local anesthesia administration
Responsibilities
  • Review and update dental x‑rays and chart notes while maintaining equipment and x‑ray machines
  • Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims
  • Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance
  • Sterilize and maintain dental supplies
  • Complete scaling and root planing and/or prophylaxis
  • Apply fluoride varnish and sealants
  • Serve as a point of escalation for patient and team relations
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team
Qualifications
  • Current RDH licensure in MN
  • Current CPR certification
  • Leadership and strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
