Dental Hygienist – $5,000 Sign on Bonus
Imagen Dental Partners is looking for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. The successful candidate will receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid after 60 days.
About the PositionSchedule: Part‑time – Tuesdays 6:45 am–5 pm, Thursdays 6:45 am–5 pm, Fridays 6:45 am–12 pm with guaranteed hours.
Compensation: $55–$65 per hour based on experience.

- Empathy and positive patient care, with ability to connect with a diverse patient base
- Degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
- CPR certification
- Certification in local anesthesia administration
- Review and update dental x‑rays and chart notes while maintaining equipment and x‑ray machines
- Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims
- Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance
- Sterilize and maintain dental supplies
- Complete scaling and root planing and/or prophylaxis
- Apply fluoride varnish and sealants
- Serve as a point of escalation for patient and team relations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team
- Current RDH licensure in MN
- Current CPR certification
- Leadership and strong communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
