Hero Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a partnered care provider for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support a large, busy care home in Haslemere on a bank basis.

The Role

As a Bank Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care to residents, supporting the wider team to maintain excellent standards and a person-centred approach — especially during peak periods on this busy site.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer medication safely and accurately (including MAR charts)

* Deliver clinical interventions and day-to-day nursing care

* Monitor, record, and respond to changes in residents’ health

* Liaise with GPs, families, and external healthcare professionals

* Support and guide care staff on best clinical practice

* Maintain compliance with CQC, policies, and clinical governance

About You

* RGN qualified with a valid NMC PIN

* Previous care home / residential nursing experience (preferred)

* Confident working in a fast-paced, busy environment

* Compassionate, reliable, and flexible to cover bank requirements

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
