Director of Building & Grounds

• $20-25 per hour

To help maintain the physical school plant in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.

• General knowledge of all phases of building maintenance
• Experience in H.V.A.C. either in private fields or as a maintenance worker in a school district.
• Must have a valid driver’s license as required by law.
• Must have or be in the process of obtaining a Type II refrigeration license or Universal license.
• Must have knowledge of working with computers.
• Must have knowledge of working with Building Automated Systems (BAS).

• Ability to speak in a clear and understandable manner and write legibly.
• Ability to lift in excess of 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at various heights.
• Ability to work in confined areas.
• Ability to supervise individuals.
• Ability to be available for emergency situations.
• Ability to be aware of the security of the students, staff, and school property.
• Ability to meet daily attendance requirements.
• Ability to be available for overtime assignments.
