Job Title: Strategic Partner / Business Solutions Agent (Commission-Based)

Location: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Contract / Partnership

About the Role

Bullpen Business Solutions, LLC is expanding our "Bullpen" of elite sales professionals. We are seeking Senior Sales Executives, former CXOs, and seasoned Business Brokers who want to leverage their professional networks to represent high-value, vetted business solutions.

This is not a traditional sales role. As a Bullpen Agent, you operate with total autonomy, utilizing our direct-to-firm commission agreements to secure executive-grade payouts. We have already done the heavy lifting of sourcing and vetting the firms; we need the right "pitchers" to step in and facilitate the connections.

What You Will Do
  • Leverage Your Network: Identify opportunities within your existing professional circles where our partner firms  solutions can solve critical business problems.
  • Facilitate the Process: Depending on your preference, you can either provide "warm introductions" or manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant to your clients, ensuring the solutions provided by our partner firms align with their long-term goals.
  • Recruit & Build: (Optional) Help expand the Bullpen by identifying other high-caliber talent to join our brokerage network.
Who You Are
  • Experienced: You have a background as a Sr. Sales Executive, VP, or C-Suite leader with a deep understanding of B2B relationships.
  • Connected: You possess a strong "Rolodex" or network of decision-makers who trust your recommendations.
  • Independent: You value autonomy and are looking for a high-upside partnership rather than a 9-to-5 management structure.
  • High Integrity: You prioritize the client’s needs and only recommend solutions that provide genuine value.
