The assistant server's responsibilities include assisting the servers' needs as the priority, following the sequence of service as established by the venue, working as a team to ensure flawless service to all guests, setting and resetting tables, clearing tables, and accommodating all guest's requests and anticipating needs.

Candidates must enjoy social interaction and teamwork. Previous experience at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
