EOS Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Support the Membership Manager with administrative responsibilities including correspondence, filing, tracking, and reporting.;
Coordinate closely with Food & Beverage, Racquet Sports, Retail, Recreation, and other resort departments to fulfill member requests and ensure seamless service delivery.;
Assist with the planning and execution of member events and special programming as needed.;
Anticipate member needs and deliver proactive, personalized service experiences.;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and database information.
