Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You play a major role in how our members feel in the club and when they leave. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate that our members interact with. It’s important to smile, greet, and thank each and every member.

• Maintain safety of the facility according to company policies; conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting and hazardous materials procedures.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve member issues, promote products and services, support self‑service technology, process purchases, and manage transactions with registers or self‑checkout.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change.

• Customer Service experience.
• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash registers).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
