MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN & MOBILE SERVICE ADVISOR role at Mills Automotive Group. This position involves delivering light automotive services directly to customers in the community, traveling to appointments, and providing a high-quality service experience.

• Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments
• Engage with customers daily and represent the dealership and Ford Motor Company
• Apply hospitality skills by warmly greeting and engaging with customers
• Consult with customers on work to be performed
• Perform a multi-point inspection
• Perform work in a clean and efficient manner
• Commit to a leave-no-trace cleanup
• Collaborate with a cutting-edge team to revolutionize the service experience

• Knowledge:
  Write up Repair Orders utilizing tablet/technology; customer service experience/skills
• Skills:
  
  Oil change, belts, wiper replacement, multi-point inspection, filters
• Experience:
  
  Tire rotation, fluid changes, brake pads, battery changes
