FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Work Schedule:Position availability is for 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM), Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required to support production needs, including occasional overtime.

Chemical Operator
, you’ll play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants that power everything from cars to wind turbines. You’ll work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment where your contributions truly matter.
- Blend raw materials into high-quality products based on precise customer specs
- Follow detailed batch instructions to ensure consistency and quality
- Use SAP software to manage inventory and production data
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical experience a plus!)
- 3+ years in manufacturing preferred
- Experience with compounding, blending, or mixing required
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures
- Basic computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
