LHH is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing customer complaints, returns, and corrective actions, while collaborating with plant teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee customer returns and manage 8D corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Collaborate with plant supervisors and operators to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Conduct internal audits and support external certificationookie audits.
• Maintain documentation for quality standards.
• Support PPAP protocols and submission processes.
• Address qualityци issues related to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead training initiatives on quality policies and procedures.
• Developصي and maintain customer‑specific requirements, FMEA/PFMEA, and process flow charts.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience in quality management.
• ASQ certifications (CQM, CQE, or CQA) are a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in technical writing and project management.
