• BSN required upon hire

• 2-4 years of experience in supervisory position in long term care nursing or demonstrated experience as a leader or manager in a long term care facility

• Licensed as an RN in state of practice

• Approved CPR certification required within 90 days (Other certification per unit requirements: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, NRP)

• 80 hours / 2 weeks

• Variable Day Shift Hours with 24/7 accountability
