Representatives are independent contractors and provide various products and services to meet the unique needs of their clients.

Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Hartselle, AL, with partial work‑from‑home opportunities. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their insurance and financial needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will also focus on generating leads, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Additionally, you will represent Woodmen Life in the community by participating in various events and initiatives that support local families and organizations.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and meet sales objectives
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with team members
  • Basic Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge to effectively promote products and maintain client records
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple clients and schedules effectively
  • Self‑motivation and a goal‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in both in‑office and remote environments
  • Licensing to sell life insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
  • Experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus, but not required
