- Drive sales of fixed license plate recognition cameras by identifying use cases and closing deals with key account leaders
- Serve as the technical expert on LPR product knowledge and implementation logistics
- Partner with key account leaders to support complex sales cycles and engage decision‑makers
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customer education sessions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth pre‑sales and post‑sale transitions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure
- Proven track record of managing long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quotas
- Strong technical aptitude for explaining camera systems and cloud software
- Experience working with key account executives or sales teams on strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of the public safety and government procurement landscape
- Experience with RFPs, budgets, and grants related to public safety
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
- High integrity and mission alignment with a focus on building trust with law enforcement customers
- Willingness to travel 30–50% for customer engagements and demos
