9. Continuous Improvement:
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, or efficiency enhancement. Providing suggestions and feedback to supervisors or management to optimize operations and enhance overall productivity.
10. Physical Stamina:
Being physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods. Adhering to proper lifting techniques and using appropriate equipment to prevent injuries.
