What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job, its a place where you feel valued.

You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves.

The practical bits You will work a rota pattern from Monday to Sunday, with every other weekend working You'll work core hours with a variety of shifts between 8am and 10pm with flexibility built in You'll generally work within our supported accommodation service, however you will go out into our properties within the Hartlepool community to support our customers You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay) A vehicle insured for business use and a valid driving license, well pay for any business mileage
