A new school in the community is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support the learning and development of children with autism and complex needs. You'll work to build trusting relationships, engage in classroom activities, and encourage positive behaviours while meeting each child's emotional and physical needs. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Maths, and previous experience is valued but not essential.
