Location: Hart
Experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager – Farnborough (ASAP)
We are looking for an experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager to start ASAP on a project in Farnborough. Work will be atleast a month with other locations to follow.
Role Overview
* Day-to-day management of a retail fit-out project
* Overseeing subcontractors and site operations
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
* Managing health & safety, quality control, and site reporting
Working Hours
* Normally 07:30 – 16:30
* Flexibility required, as some days may be longer depending on site requirements
Requirements
* Proven experience managing retail fit-out projects
* SMSTS
* CSCS Black Card
* First Aid at Work
* Fire Marshal
* Asbestos Awareness
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage fast-paced programmes and tight deadlines
