What You'll Do
* Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and support ongoing projects.
* Manage timelines for new instructional design requests and content updates.
* Apply instructional design principles to develop webinars, eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), blended learning, videos, and job aids.
* Design and update training materials for product, operations, technical skills, and professional development.
* Create and maintain content for Train-the-Trainer programs.
* Facilitate webinars and instructor-led training sessions as needed.
* Ensure all training content aligns with adult learning principles and company standards.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum 1 year of experience designing and developing instructional content across multiple formats.
* Proficiency with instructional design tools (Articulate Storyline 360 preferred; Camtasia, Captivate, Photoshop a plus).
* Basic understanding of HTML and LMS course creation and reporting.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional best practices.
