Job Status:
Full Time

Salary: $75K to $85K, based on experience

Schedule:

7 on / 7 off, Monday-Sunday

* Monday - Friday: 4PM - 8AM

* Weekend:
Saturday at 8AM to Monday at 8AM

Work Location:

Within and surrounding areas of Dodge, Washington, Waukesha counties

Requirements

* RN license in the state of Wisconsin, required

* Current, valid driver's license, required

* Minimum of 1 year experience in home hospice or home health preferred
