Seasonal Camp Behavior Specialist 2026
Parks and Recreation
The Behavior Specialist is responsible for providing direct support to campers with emotional or behavioral challenges, helps develop practical strategies for de-escalation and social success, and supports staff with behavior-management tools rooted in empathy and developmentally appropriate practices. The Behavior Specialist will also document observations and collaborate with leadership to adjust plans that enhance camp experiences for everyone.
