Job Overview
Exterior Associates Inc. is seeking a skilled Millwork Laborer to join our growing Field Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on construction experience and is ready to take the next step in residential millwork and installation. We are looking for individuals who understand job site expectations, can confidently use tools, read measurements accurately, and contribute immediately to high-quality door and window installations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of residential doors, windows, trim, and related millwork
- Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure and level
- Support lead installers in layout, preparation, and finish work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and work vehicles
- Load, unload, and manage tools and materials efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and company standards on every project
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Contribute to quality control and ensure installations meet company standards
- Demonstrate initiative and readiness to take on increased responsibilities
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, millwork, or related trades required
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic layout tasks
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow direction while also working independently when needed
- Physically able to lift materials, work on ladders, and perform on-site labor tasks
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
